How do i return an order?

To send a return, follow these steps:

​1- Make sure your returned items meet the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy

​2- Fill out the form Here, and we will send you an email with a (Return Number) within 1-2 days. Once received continue with the following steps. 

3- Place the item you wish to return in the same box you received it in, make sure to include the packing slip.

​4- ​When filling out the return sheet, please be sure to indicate the reason for the return, such as damage, incorrect sizing, or any other relevant details.

5- If you happen to misplace your returns sheet, there's no need to worry. Simply send us an email at, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

6- We recommend using your local post office for the best service and obtaining a tracking ID.Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package. Postage and insurance costs, as well as original shipping charges, are not refundable.

7- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming this. If approved your refund will then be processed, we typically process returns within 5 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card.
