Return Policy

At Aloya Thrift, we understand that sometimes the fit may not be perfect.

​- Note that we accept returns within 10 days of receipt by you from the date you receive the shipment.

​- Ensure that the item has not been worn, washed, scented, or altered in any way, and that the original swing tag hasn't been cut off.

​- Be aware that we do not take responsibility for any lost parcels during the return shipment process.

- It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Aloya Thrift when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. ​

​- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming this. If approved your refund will then be processed, we typically process returns within 5 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card.

​- However, note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Processing times can vary between banks, so we recommend contacting your bank for more information regarding their specific timelines, as we are unable to expedite this process.

Exchange Policy

At Aloya Thrift, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. That's why we're delighted to offer exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still equipped with hang tag. Our exchange policy extends to any item dispatched to us within 10 days of its receipt by you.

Here's how our exchange process works:

1- Simply visit our "Return Your Order" page and follow the provided instructions.

2- You can exchange your item for any size or another item from our store, provided in (stock).

3- Exchanges typically take around 2-3 working days to process.

4- Please note that shipping costs for returning items are not covered by Aloya Thrift when sent back to us.

5- Once we receive your item and process the exchange, we'll send the replacement back to you at no extra charge.

6- If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We'll ensure that the difference is refunded back to your original payment method.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.
